Product Description
Forzest is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It does not work without sexual stimulation and is effective in men regardless of their age or the length of the problem. Tadalafil, the active ingredient of this drug, is the same as in Cialis, allowing blood vessels to relax and expand, allowing blood to fill the cavernous bodies of the penis. This leads to an erection that subsides after sex.
Dosage and Direction
Take Forzest at least one hour before the planned sexual intercourse, the effect of the medicine appears within 30 minutes and lasts up to 36 hours. If you take this medicine after eating high-fat meats such as french fries or hamburgers, it may take a little longer for Forzest to show its effects. Do not take more than one Forzesta tablet per day.
Precautionary measures
The drug should not be recommended to patients who are contraindicated in sexual intercourse due to heart problems. Do not take medicine unless it has been prescribed to you by a professional healthcare consultant after a thorough assessment of your condition. Tell your doctor before taking Forzest if you have any penile abnormalities, including penile curvature and birth defects of the penis, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, heart attack or heart failure, hypo- or hypertension, bleeding, stomach ulcer, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (excess blood lipids), sickle cell anemia, history of liver or kidney failure. Avoid taking Forzest with grapefruit juice, alcohol, and tobacco. Smoking combined with Forzest treatment can lead to a condition called NAION (sudden loss of vision associated with damage to the optic nerve). Forzest should not be used in patients younger than 18 years of age.
Contraindications
Forzest is contraindicated in persons taking nitrates at the same time, as this can lead to a sudden and life-threatening drop in blood pressure.
Possible side effect
The most common adverse reactions are headache, facial flushing, and upset stomach. In rare cases, temporary changes in color vision increased sensitivity to light, or blurred vision may occur. Prolonged erections or priapism (painful erections lasting more than 6 hours) are also possible. If an erection lasts more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention as permanent damage to the penis may result. Exacerbation of heart problems has been reported in patients with pre-existing heart disease when using Cialis: myocardial infarction, stroke, irregular heartbeat. Other side effects, in addition to those listed, may occur as an individual reaction to the drug.
Drug Interactions
Never take Forzest with any medicines containing nitrates, such as those used to treat angina pectoris, such as nitroglycerin (in the form of tablets, ointments, sprays, skin patches, or pastes), isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate, or recreational drugs (“poppers”) such as like as amyl nitrate or nitrite.
Missed Dose
Skipping a dose is not allowed as this medicine is taken as needed.
Overdose
Overdose symptoms are similar to side effects. If an overdose is suspected, seek immediate medical attention.
